Booking Requests

Submitting a booking enquiry does not guarantee your reservation. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

Due to live availability across multiple booking platforms, requested dates may become unavailable before payment is completed.

Pricing

Weeknight stays: £120 per night

Weekend stays: £140 per night

All prices include our standard cleaning fee unless otherwise stated.

Discounts may be applied for longer stays or multi-night bookings.

Payments

Payment instructions will be provided once your booking enquiry has been reviewed.

We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed booking requests if payment is not received within the requested timeframe.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out information will be provided before arrival.

Please respect agreed check-in and departure times unless otherwise arranged.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

Treat the property respectfully

Avoid excessive noise or disruptive behaviour

Report any accidental damage during their stay

Maximum Occupancy

Only the number of guests included in the booking may stay at the property unless agreed in advance.

Smoking & Illegal Activity

Smoking and illegal activity are strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.

Liability

Pippins Guesthouse is not responsible for:

Loss or damage to personal belongings

Injuries occurring during your stay unless caused by negligence

Circumstances outside our control including severe weather, utility outages, or force majeure events

Right to Refuse Bookings

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary to protect the property, guests, or business operations.

Cancellation Policy – Pippins Guesthouse

Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 7 days before the booking start date.

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may not be eligible for a refund.

If you need to amend or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
